As the name suggests, our Court Department covers most aspects of law where there’s likely to be a dispute or process leading to a court case. These cases are usually to do with family law, employment or debt. They can also concern disputes about things like commercial contracts and property. (Our firm does not specialise in criminal law, so we don’t normally offer that service.)

We’re here to help during some of the most difficult and distressing times in life, such as the breakup of a marriage, an unfair dismissal from a job, or a dispute in business. It takes empathy and sensitivity – and at times it requires steely resolution to get the best outcome. Above all, it takes experience.
