Website Upgrades Completed
We’ve just put the finishing touches on another round of changes to our website – we wanted to enhance our visitors experience on mobile phone and tablet devices. You can now:
- Use our map search functionality on your mobile and tablet device.
- Set search reminders and manage your saved searches within My Home.
- Easily save your favourite properties to My Home.
Property Alerts by Email or SMS
Search for your dream home, and we’ll send you an alert by email or text if a new property is added which matches your requirements. Available to our My Home members, your property search will appear in your My Home Dashboard, where you can easily set an alert and choose your preferred notification method.
Map Based Property Search
You can now search for properties by drawing on a map of the North East. Simply click ‘Map Search’, or switch to the map view within the property results page. Draw around your ideal property location, and use the intuitive map controls to tweak the exact property location.
Your Favourites
Easily save your favourite properties and come back to them later. If one of your favourite properties changes status (like moving from available to reduced), we’ll let you know.
Commercial Property
We’ve added a new Commercial Property section, so you can find details of available shops, commercial premises, and commercial land.
Improved Search Filtering
The system we use to filter search results has been upgraded, allowing you to quickly and easily filter down to your ideal property. Sort by features, distance from your location, number of bedrooms, energy efficiency rating, or in fact any aspect of your search, with instant results.
